Brookfield Place is 246.88m (810 feet) so basically 247m.Brookfield Place is actually shorter than 247 metres.
Truman says they're both taller and the renderings comes across as 900 feet tall. The floor heights needed to reach 900 feet tall just don't make any sense; condo floors 15 feet tall and the ground floor would be 30 to 40 feet high?
AS+GG wouldn't be priced out of a project such as this. NORR is just family now.
900' is easily possible, going by Truman's statement that both towers are taller than Brookfield Place. With 10 extra floors, even a floor height of 9 feet per floor gets you to 900 feet.
Even going by the rendering it looks to have 5 penthouse floors, and 5 double height base floors. If you do say 25 feet/floor for the 5 base floors and 15 feet/floor for the 5 penthouse floors, it leaves you with 11.6 feet per floor for the remaining 59 floors. That's not not an unusually height, and again if going by Truman's statement, the floor heights have to be at least around that height or taller.
