Different lot & different project.
 
Luxury hotels generally have higher ceiling heights.

After all, they have decided to add balconies, which are almost never seen on hotel construction. This is going to be one fancy hotel.

If the ceiling heights are around 3.5, which would be reasonable for a luxury product, and you add the 5 podium and 5 crown floors, which look to be around double the height, and also add the mechanical penthouse, which looks to be around 10m, you get:

(3.5*59) + (7*10) + (10) = 286.5m

Edit: I do think this is a very generous estimate, so my actual guess would be around 267-276m

The prices for a stay two weeks from now in Austin and Scottsdale:
JW: 396, 289
W: 265, 202
Autograph: 219, 175.

The Dorian is an Autograph hotel.

I recall past Truman DPs having higher floor heights

3.25 * 61 residential floors which is about 198 metres. I get 30 metres each for both podium and penthouse.

255 to 265 metres
