I hope this project kickstarts more developments on this stretch of 17th. I cannot WAIT for the areas between MacLeod Trail and 4th Street to start really taking off development-wise. The new three-tower complex on 17th and 4th, and the new dual-tower hotel on 17th MacLeod Trail bookending this stretch is a terrific start to this, too.

Those are the more flagship proposals, but the smaller ones will probably be more important in filling out the stretch. Like this one from Porte and Nest (ugliness aside).
