I received an email from a contact noting they are preparing to break ground for construction

As much as I think the design could easily be better, a building of this size will do wonders for that stretch of 17th. It needs more life.

The street level is quite nice I must note.

Pardon me for not being clear, I mean the DP for sale centre across 17th to the north.

Mill Street had great dry rub wings, like shockingly good for a place that was both a chain pub and not a restaurant. Hope something similar goes in there.

They did move the sales centre trailer to the NE corner of the site. Seems like a good sign your pal is right.

They just set up signage and planters across the street, they must be moving the sales centre over there. There’s also a backhoe on site

Avi's website has Sovereign listed as "breaking ground April 2024" so there's a 4th piece of evidence suggesting imminent construction start.

This is good news! We need to fill in the gaps along 17th...
