That Kensington person seems to have opened an arsonist office in Bankview.
It seems like a lot of fires are happening at places where developments are slated......

My house is a stone's throw away from this on the corner of 14 St and 21 Ave. That lot has been for sale for quite some time, and the original proposed rendering on the MLS listing was substantially different. I think this new rendering looks pretty good. Keep it going up the hill!

Looks like a profile change at the north corner, different main level stair configuration, thicker window sash and grilles throughout, warmer tone (stucco?), trees removed, and more out of focus.

Since it appears the overhead lines end in front of this property. Maybe they will bury them. Atleast the portion in front of this project?
