I'd wager it's a supply issue. The corner of Sarina Homes' Harrison building has remained untouched for a couple months, despite the rest of the building being substantial completed the materials on the corner are different than the rest of the building).

The florescent green wrapping is starting to grow on me. It's sure to make the building stand out on the street.

This continues to exceed expectations for me. I even like the yellow. Upper levels were what I liked the least from the renderings so will be interested to see how the exterior turns out.
We might do alright with this one. The podium looks like crap in the renderings, but is turning out quite decently. Also, I tend to forget this was a parking lot with a run down, pink stucco restaurant. So far, big win.

I love the contrasting yellow to the dark grey brick. Gives the building some punch.

I’m guessing there is a supply issue with exterior materials? Catalyst, Era and this building have been covered in Tyvek for a while.
Still the same.
