I'm really digging the use of yellow in certain building features these days. This project does it well - not too much, but enough to intentionally make itself stand out. Despite its non-residency and retail (as of yet), this has been quite a nice addition to Mission, IMO.

I think my biggest issue with this one is how dark that glass is on the retail units.

And they somehow managed to build a building without ripping out some maturing street trees. Saves waiting 20 years for a tree canopy on the sidewalk - assuming the tree survives at all.

I think my biggest issue with this one is how dark that glass is on the retail units.

Mine is how they weren't able to add black-trimmed balcony doors to match the windows. Those white doors stand out in a bad way.
