This was the original rendering. The brick in the photo looks darker otherwise it appears to be the same as designed.

The original rendering reminds me of this place a little bit, just more suburban. The built form looks a little better, though I would want to see what the rendered angle looks like...

Yeesh that transition to hardie panel to “match the brick” looks like an especially rough detail.
