It is a good thing. It's sad that there are numerous suburban builds that are nicer than this one. Couldn't they have at least gone with an urban flat roof design?

Not a remarkable design, but at least this is proportioned properly, has some nice articulation, and doesn't use easy-trim. I'll take this inoffensive design over Catalyst, Credo, Nimmons etc.
