This project came out of the blue. Never heard of Campion Property Group or Verve Senior Living.

The Safeway redevelopment has been talked about here a fair bit. Embassy Bosa bought the site and it's just a matter of time until an official proposal is made.

Stating, It will B interesting to See if Safeway/Sobey's will Partner in for a New Store as Well. That Safeway Store has been there for a Long Time.

This one now has some NIMBY opposition. Saw an ad on Facebook, they seem to be getting roasted by the general populace, so hopefully this opposition leads nowhere.
