A brewery in Kensington actually makes a lot of sense. It's an area that hasn't become saturated with breweries yet. Julio's is also a massive space that most independent restaurants would never be able to sustain, so a brewery seems like a good fit, and a better result than a chain restaurant.
 
Absolutely, and in an extremely prominent location with a rooftop patio overlooking the river and a century-old Art Deco bridge. Biiiig W on this one! 😁
 
Looks like a cool place just opened at 11th and 5th. Kitty corner to Last Best…
