I just bought a unit in Radius this week! It was overall a great experience and the sales staff were very good. I purchased the A3 floor plan which there is currently a fire sale on for $385k. I'm glad i didn't pull the trigger back in the spring when I first looked at the project. Looking forward to being part of the community. I took a drive by today but the weather to crappy to get out of the car and take pictures. I was only given an early 2019 move in date so far. As long as the winter isn't bad they should be able to keep to this timeline as Bucci seems to have their shit together from all of the research I did before i signed on the dotted line.

I'm on the 5th floor with a south facing unit. Not sure if i'm gonna be able to see downtown yet.

If you're on the 6th floor you'll easily be high enough to get a view of downtown (depending on what part of the floor your unit is located at). You can actually get a decent view even from the 3rd floor.

Meh. Mediocre project. Just happy that another Bridgeland project is almost complete and we are one step closer to finally completing the Bridges! Hopefully Steps can resume soon.
