I'm looking forward to the day when Sunnyside has enough density that the city will increase the zoning along Memorial Drive.

I thought that at first, but then I noticed to porta-potties at the back for scale. Now I'm no surveyor, but it looks to be about 5 potties deep according to my high-tech analysis program MSPaint. And thanks to the Googles, a porta-potty is usually about 7 feet tall. So, its ~35 feet deep. That doesn't sound that shallow. There's something about the perspective on that last picture that kinda messes with you I think.

Science has spoken! I thought it looked shallow too, but thanks to your sleuthing I can see it's actually pretty deep.
