Nice, looks good. The park setting kicks ass, and the location is pretty good. I don't know how i missed the brown spandrel glass in any previous pictures, thought it was all black and white.

This project has turned out really well. Maybe not quite up to my highest expectations, but I think it is one of the better looking condo towers of the recent boom. I had hoped that it might be able to challenge the Royal at one point, but that one is probably going to be best rather than merely better.

On a side note, the City really hit a home run with that Memorial Park refurb. Just beautiful and has really spurred a lot of development.

Lol yeah, the deathly pallor coloured spandrel is definitely a drawback.
Councillor Woolley made a comment about the park, saying that back when he was a kid him and his friends used to dare each other to ride through the park. Chances are kids on bikes wouldn't have been mugged, but I remember the days when it was a pretty nasty park.
