I think the podium's okay for the most part. The second floor social room and gym overlooking the park will be great for the residents.

It looks really good lit up like that.
Lighting feels a little bit warmer too, especially compared to Brookfield and the construction lights at Telus Sky in the background, which feel pretty cold.
