Article states that only the completed tower is for sale at this point in time. Hines is one of the biggest players in the US office market. I suspect it would need to raise cash. Commercial real estate is in big trouble with rising vacancies and financing rolling over at much higher rates. I suspect pension funds will be the next shoe to drop given that sectors exposure to commercial real estate.
