The corner CRU in tower 1 is a vet clinic that will be opening soon. Having lived in tower 1, I can tell you there are enough pets in that building alone to supplement the clinic.
There is 1 more empty CRU in tower 1. However, with the new tower, I'm hopeful there will be a fast-food restaurant, cafe, or sushi place moving in to one of these CRU's.

saw that, annoyingly it will probably be successful and be there forever. hope they dont block the windows out at least.

along those lines the former Ceilis on 17th and 9th is becoming a BMO.
