I think that is still the design. Not much will change on the outside, maybe some changes at street level. A lot of the investment on this conversion is on the inside. But if nothing's changed from the last interior renders I've seen, it's going to be really nice. There is a focus to expose the post-tension concrete ceilings as part of the design, with floors mostly 10 feet in height. That mid-building amenity floor is going to be spectacular for tenants. Two floors open space on the outside and inside with a library/lounge type interior design is best way I can describe it.
