I'm curious to see what the south side of the building looks like when done, with all that open steel framing. It's going to be more open I presume?

Jesus the East Village is sure filling out. Once M2, alt, Hat, and Verve are complete, we'll even have a layering effect of towers from the rivers edge. Sooo cool

East village progress has been mind blowing, and still so much change to come. We've seen 4 residential towers go up and we are still going to see 4 more, plus a hotel.

Is there going to be a terrace as part of this building on the top floor? If there is I think that is a great addition. Partly makes up for the disappointment of the facade.

For the most part it looks good, but I'm not a fan of the way the edge between the window glass and stone tile is not continuous.

One thing that has been bothering me is the trim on the lower cement panel portion. Is it going to stay jagged like that I wonder?

Did that top clear glazing section that's carved back get axed? Or maybe just flattened.

Hard to tell, the curve on the roofline may have a different radius, leaving setback for an approximation of that carve out. The vertical pieces seem to be more set back as it gets further south.
