They are almost finished with the exterior work. A few bits a pieces all over the building to finish up but nothing much.

Maybe it's because of the nice blue sky, but N3 really looked striking when I took thee pics. I fully understand @DiscoStu and his fondness for white.

Great infill. What a way to build heft on the base of the tower.

I've heard this building is not sold out as we may have been led to believe - there is a 50 unit block the developer is trying to move as one piece.

Say what you want about Tim Horton's, one thing for sure is they'll draw lots of people, and with it not being a drive thru, they'll be heavy on the pedestrian traffic.

Timmy's is great. I'm mean, like the product is mediocre, but sometimes that's what you need in life. Gimme a steeped tea black and a honey cruler, and I'll be a happy man.

As long as it doesn't affect Rosso across the street, I'm fine with them having a place to sell their watery coffee and cardboard food...

Timmy's is what it is. I go there once in a while (love the honey cruller timbits), but it's not usually my first choice. I do like the way they are busy though, so overall it's probably not a bad thing.
