Sick. Completely transforms the heart of the campus.
Lots of buildings downtown that would fit the bill!Any concrete building with ~2 m to the lot line could be redeveloped with a facade like this. Really requires a down to the concrete renewal though. The older the better. Why? The extra internal air shaft to exhaust hot air took up one of the old elevator shafts. The capacity was made up with modern elevators.
The concrete is needed to provide the thermal mass to store cool from the night in the summer and store warm from the sun in winter.
