Yeah, I'm just happy that I will be able to enjoy the completed tower for a few months before I graduate in 2020 or 2021.

^ Not sure if originally you could see the mechanical penthouse from that perspective, but as news, it is mostly gone. The air handling equipment on the mechanical 6 1/2 (but double height) floor is also being removed at a good pace.

Things that are happening simultaneously now (from my observation):
Prepping lower floors for installation of radiant ceiling panels for heating and cooling
Clearing remaining foam insulation and cladding hangers for lack of a better word from the exterior columns, and giving them a clean (that is what the green hanging scaffolds are for) in prep for facade work
Preparing the columns at roof level and the roof for adding two floors, including removing the penthouse

The current roof level is now entirely surrounded by scaffolding. I'm thinking this is for prepping the roof to become a normal floor, and to be ready to go up.
