Truman are probably building 20 big projects at least right now, largely suburban stuff. Not sure how these guys have the ability to do so much at one time, just nuts!

It's slightly awkward, but the comment is relevant to both the thread and the comment it is replying to. So I don't think it's a randomly placed generic comment. The "check out these photos" when there are no in-thread photos of amenities could just have been them clicking the link and leaving a slightly confused comment.

As a one-off comment it's fine. I wouldn't worry unless we start getting new users start spamming the same sort of comments everywhere on the forum.

The marketing line was “half sold for phase 1”. I didn’t know a single building can have multiple phases but whatever to drive FOMO I guess
