As a random aside, it still bothers me that CMLC hasn't been bothered to finish the 9th Ave cycle track over all these years...

Maybe a question meant for another thread, but how come the Salvation Army near here or the Mustard Seed for that matter doesn't cause the issues the DIC does, are they more restrictive?
