I'd say that this is pretty strong evidence that they are now moving forward. I really don't know what else they'd be doing there?

If Imperia is indeed now moving forward with construction, I promise to stop whining about the lack of highrise construction in Calgary for the rest of the year.

You’d think if DP was approved and all the units were sold then as soon as BP was approved they’d start? Truman does have a “LOT” of projects under construction but this one seems to be a lock

There’s actually a level of construction you can start even without a BP. Long as the DP is approved I’m pretty sure shoring and excavation can begin. Stoked to see this one go up. It’ll be dwarfed by its neighbours but I think it’ll turn out great.
