I have to say this building looks good in person, and so much better than rendering.

This will be the last construction related update from me. I might do a final update after It’s completely finished. One thing I have to say is it looks much better in real life, and turned out far better than the rendering.

I like it! One of the rare occasions when reality turned out better than rendering. Cool material choices and something different from the ordinary.

Looks great - a surprisingly neat, almost invisible, infill.
Does anyone know what the floor plate actually looks like? Seems so narrow and tiny, must only be a few rooms per floor?

It’s a nice little building. I wish we had more buildings with these thinner profiles.
I love those thin profile buildings. They give me vibes from a large Asian city

The cladding they used is definitely interesting, would like to see more of that around!

From the windows, looks like there's 13 guest room floors, and the hotel is 151 key, so about 11-12 rooms per floor. The rooms are pretty small though, ranging from 270sqft to 409 sqft

Interestingly, the article (From late last year) says it was slated to open late spring this year. It's so odd to see a public facing company with that kind of font in 2025. Even though it's a new building, I wouldn't be surprised if people think this picture is from 10 years ago.
