Hampton Inn by Hilton | 56.08m | 17s | Triple One | NORR

I have to say this building looks good in person, and so much better than rendering.

Looks great - a surprisingly neat, almost invisible, infill.

Does anyone know what the floor plate actually looks like? Seems so narrow and tiny, must only be a few rooms per floor?

From the windows, looks like there's 13 guest room floors, and the hotel is 151 key, so about 11-12 rooms per floor. The rooms are pretty small though, ranging from 270sqft to 409 sqft

Interestingly, the article (From late last year) says it was slated to open late spring this year. I'd heard mid-October a couple of months ago, and now the booking site says reservations start December 7th - quite a few delays.

late spring would've positioned it well for Rotary and Stampede.

It's so odd to see a public facing company with that kind of font in 2025. Even though it's a new building, I wouldn't be surprised if people think this picture is from 10 years ago.
