90% design has been completed for the southeast, and some new renders are on the Green Line website. Note how the stations with bus loops have seamless level integration with the platform and the bus bays.

Besides 26ave all of the stations very similar. Big plazas with a station. They also have the appearance of lots of people around, when in reality most are quite isolated locations from population centres. Hope one day TOD’s pop up around these stations and these images actually are realistic.

Easily the station that can have the biggest transformation from a proper TOD is 26th Ave.

To go from this to a dense TOD would be quite something.

It is relatively close to other residential and you could make it quite quirky. I'm not sure if this is City land between 26th Ave and Blackfoot or if someone owns it but it has some potential to be something greater than a grass field. Especially if you develop on top of the hill, could be a very nice view of downtown.

Of note... there is this sign on the fence along Blackfoot. I assume that means it is City land.

As for this station, looks like they'll get some practice for the elevated section downtown... haha. If this had TOD, the CRUs could have patios that bookend the Plaza with the Farmers Market's Loose Moose. Also being that it is between two nodes of microbreweries there's also endless potential for more microbreweries and taprooms.

Here is the layout to help you wrap your head around the images and the layout (I needed the help). What's interesting with the Multi-use pathway, is that a quasi-ramp to the station?

Yes, and the MUP seems like it's also meant to continue south

What is this drawing?

This section mentions connecting to Blackfoot Trail... There's no multi-use pathway on Blackfoot. (It also mentions "Opportunities for future TOD", so you're saying there's a chance.)

They're basic stations, but that's okay I think. At the moment they are in basic settings doing a basic job. 20 years from now when some of the stations have development around them and are busier the city can refresh or expand those ones. The stations that don't become busy can stay basic, and get a reno job 50 years from now.

I just wish they had canopies that would let light in, while covering the whole platform. The curved, solid roof reminds me of Soviet bus stops.
