The parking is not really on the second floor. It's just a surface parking lot in the back that happens to line up with the second floor because it is on elevated ground.

We live right close to here so I've been following it very close!
Most of the info I've found has been from here.
That file looks to include a Letter of Intent from The The Commons for the office space. This is the first I've heard of Una though!

I can't believe Bridgeland right now. It's basically like a whole small city under construction over the past 3-4 years.
