A lot of progress on this one over the past few weeks.

Starting to get some of the curves that are so iconic in the renders.

You can also see the outline of the half-arch window that will be at the front corner of Village Ice Cream's new space. FORT Architecture recently teased some renders of the interior on their Instagram.

Is the brick only going to be installed on the street facing elevations then?

The entire ground floor is brick and glass, the entire top floor is glass and metal overlain by (presumably) wooden slats.

Editing my comment out... After posting I felt a little weird about hanging someone else's personal information out there, even if it is in the public realm already.

All I'll say is that I agree that the interaction with neighbouring buildings is on point. Really enjoying this building's progress and very much looking forward to it's completion.
