The info is under renttruman.com. On trumanhomes.com, it's not listed under their condos, and the only thing you can find is a construction update on "Frontier Condos." Everything else is at renttruman where they do call it a "premium condo building" but everything else on that site treats it as rental apartments. Perhaps they've pivoted towards rentals (only?).
The
floor plans are "interesting." Several of the 2br plans are "sky town" bi-levels, which may be nice but curious because stairs take space. Most/many of the floor plans are of course one level.
Also, a lot of them have at least one bedroom with no exterior windows! I mean 1-br units where br is interior and only living area has exterior windows, 2-br with one interior br, and even 3-br with up to two interior brs. I hope for the best here, but doesn't this detract from rental value?
