That’s the game changer and what would make Calgary become a big, urban feeling place. The top-line total population is helpful, but it’s the truly urban population that will make a difference in big-city vibes, amount of opportunities and experiences.
So true. Adding huge amounts of people to the overall city population is urban vibrancy’s version of ‘nouveau riche’ The numbers look good, but there’s some fine tuning still needed.
The good thing is the overall population growth of the city has a trickle down effect to the core it only takes time.

Judging by that hole at the back of the site, theyve probably bottomed out. Both this and Sovereign cranes should be up in the next month or so.

Wow that was fast! Both Sovereign and Francesco in the same couple days? Very cool.

So now of the new highrise boom we've got Yellowstone, Nest, Sovereign, and soon Francesco with cranes... my bet would be Imperia's is next, then 526 Fourth, Gallery, Kit, and then Lincoln. So we'll basically have 9 brand spankin new cranes in the sky by summer 😎
