If you look at the renders the anchor points on the overlay somewhat align with where they appear to be on the siding atm. So i’ll hold out some hope that it can cover the ugly.

I think it will end up being pretty close. The cost of the screening cannot be that much to cause you to kneecap your prominent development that you're going to try to lease out.

They do have to finish cladding the building before hey put the screen on, and you can see the anchor points as mentioned above. This will get the mesh, question is how it will look over that wonderful grey siding.

It looks 100 times more interesting than the plastic siding. It would be nice if they painted the bars either black or white, but the plain steel colour might look really cool when reflecting sunlight.
