I didn't realize that starbucks had closed, kinda wild, it always seemed so busy.
It was always busy, and did lots of drive-thru business, and should have been better than most during covid. Maybe it's treated to the 3 years of construction that's been going on around the site?

That’s only the vapor barrier on the outside. They still have to put some panels or stucco and then the mesh.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like there has been any change at all since the last pic. I’m assuming they are still working on the inside while waiting for either exterior materials or the labour to do it.

Since windows are open I assume the site is still active. I don't think they'd leave the windows open if it wasn't.
Agree. I'm confident it's interior work while they wait for supplies or labor for the exterior. We've seen this many times with other projects.

Some actual progress on the exterior. Not much, but there is some change since the last update.

Seems like most projects are waiting a long time for their exteriors too get done. Must be a material/labour shortage in that sub trade ??
