The Flames and Oilers should both be tops of the division for a few years. LA had a good season but I see them taking a step back and Vancouver possibly taking a step forward. Vegas should be better than they were as well.
Thinking thew same thing. SJ is also on the way down, or is close to the bottom of their cycle. Anaheim feels like a team on the rise.Vegas is close to being in a rebuild. They have nearly no prospects and an aging core and they remind me a lot of the late 2000s Calgary Flames with how they're constantly trading away prospects and draft picks in the hopes of winning now
Edit: Vegas is also in cap hell because of all the massive contracts they've taken on
At the time I thought it was a good deal, but it looks looking like a shitty deal now. That sounds like a really shitty deal, but I don’t know anything about hockey so![]()
I would love it in Airdrie but we do not have a suitable arena.Okotoks or Airdrie or somewhere should jump all over this team!
Booourns!Johnny Gaudreau is entering free agency. Sounds like it was a family decision on Johnny's part. The Flames have no choice but to move on.
