I mean I was speaking to the rest of the building's progress once the concrete portion is done. To this point, the progress has been slow and not so steady but hasn't stalled like Prairie Block across the 33rd.

We've all had projects like this at home that drag on. The damn shelves in my living room took way too long.

I fear this project has stalled. I don’t see the bobcat and rebar on site anymore, and I can’t tell 100% from the photo but I think the porta-potties are gone

It's been a ghost town for a while now. The only activity I've seen in weeks is someone fixing the construction fencing when the wind blows it over

This intersection had so much promise, with proposals at three corners. Now it has a surface parking lot and two paused/cancelled projects with uncertain futures.

I get the feeling that many projects were somehow waiting for the broader mardaloop roadworks to complete? Or maybe until the marc and marda project is approved? In the meantime it is depressing to have so many stalled/empty sites along 33rd. Meanwhile 34th has lots of new energy despite construction. Dopo owners are opening a new tavern in another good looking remodel called penny crown this month.

Step 3: Tear down existing buildings
Step 4: Do nothing
Step 5: Wait some more to get that sweet sweet land value increase
Step 6: Finally start to build
Step 7: Pause partway through due to cold weather
Step 8: Do not start again
Step 9: Wait some more
Step 10: Sell land to new developer. Repeat step 1.

And I repeat....
