Pretty underwhelming. Looks like a municipal recreation facility, which, I guess is technically what it is, but seriously, it looks like an arena where you'd watch Timbits hockey, not where you'd watch professional hockey. Maybe it looks better from other angles, but I can't imagine it does, because why wouldn't you release the most flattering images. The renderings are progressively getting worse.
