Even off to the east should be interesting, looking right down 1st Ave NE, to the expanding skyline of The Bridges. Not as great as the view over the river and downtown core, but nothing to sneeze at either.

I don't know if I'd call it suburbia, but I know what you mean. A lot of single family homes.

That doesn't make sense. Why would someone stick up a fully operating crane from a formwork company for only 4 stories? These are typical floors so its economical just to continue going up with concrete at this point.
