Lamb had at least two buildings in Ottawa. Cannot speak to the quality of the buildings, but at least one of them (the Gotham) is highly sought after by renters.

We were in the Crown Surplus store last Friday night during the night market. A few hundred overpriced military items scattered on the floor and a few tables. Kind of depressing to see this magnificent stores remains.
The problem is they, the armed forces eventually ran out of the cool older things that were true surplus items, a lot of stuff leftover from WWI and WWII.
When I was kid they had piles of stuff, and we’re practically giving it away.
