She's not in my ward, but from what I've seen I would probably vote for her. I don't know anything about Greg miller.I don't know much about the candidates running for council, but I see a couple of them on social media making a push at the incumbents. Jyoti Gondek, and Greg Miller. Jyoti Gondek seems like a good candidate.
I've seen some of Jeremy Farkas' tweets, and not a fan at all. Especially since I am a big supporter of the cycle tracks and bike lanes. As you've said he pretty much opposes anything that requires taxpayer money.
You're not the only ones who don't care for him. Someone has made up a Twitter account in his honor , and it's handle is 'Jeromee Fartgas' https://twitter.com/JeromeeYYCNot a big fan myself. I'd prefer a candidate that is more forward thinking and brings more to the table in terms of experience. I can't emphasize enough how important it is that each candidate bring their A-game and get the maximum amount of outreach possible. I canvassed for a campaign in the last civic election and by the end there were tens of thousands of households we hadn't reached, and we couldn't make up for that deficit. Many voters simply couldn't put a face to the name.
