In case anyone was wondering, this is in the NorthWest. The builder behind this was Apaar Homes who up until now has been a single family builder. The project calls for 38 rental apartments. Of course there was plenty of community resistance.

Apparently Apaar Homes has sold the property. No word on who the buyer is or whether this project is even starting.

My hope is that they're just waiting for the 24th ave construction to wrap up before they start.

Kind of a weird looking building, but I'll take it. This is the first project of this scale for 24th ave. Hopefully this will spur Eagle to start some of those other proposals.

Eaglecrest has their hands full me thinks. There is another one somewhere along 24th ave that isn't an Eaglecrest project iirc.

All of the projects on the south side of 24th are currently going through the legal process of having the old restrictive covenants, which prohibit multi-family construction, discharged. Needing to go through the courts, will just take time.
