I noticed there is construction fencing around the lot of proposal for 24th and 23rd street. Maybe the legal process is getting close to being completed?

I drove past this site earlier today, and the driller is gone and it looked like the piles were in.

I drove pas this earlier this morning and it's still the same as in the photo. It appears to have stalled.

There are three places on 24th now, where the houses have bulldozed, but nothing is happening. I hope this isn't a trend.

Something finally happening on 24th Ave! Hopefully this is the real deal and not just another false start.
I drove past there a couple of days ago (I go past at least once or twice a week), and it looked like some stuff had been moved around, and I was wondering if something was in the works.

Is it possible the driller that was there a year ago finished the piles and now they are excavating?

After a period of inactivity the site is active again. New equipment is on site.
It would be great to see at least one of these projects on 24th get built. It would probably kick off a domino effect.
