I believe the concrete core has about 8 more floors to go.

I had heard from a friend who was doing work on the building that the core had about 8 more floors to go, but after taking some photos of the tower today taking a good look at them I see there are actually 14 more floors (12 office floors and two mechanical floors)

to go on the core, as steel is at the 43rd floor and concrete core fully poured is only at the 44th floor.
