I thought there's pretty major cleanup required at these sites? I read an article two years ago about how one of the worst things you can do for your health is live near a gas station.

I think it depends also on the age of the station? Newer stations probably have better barriers, whereas old ones like the North Hill Sears was just seeping gas for decades.

Fencing up around the whole site and the apartment building behind it. Looked like they were unloading more equipment yesterday. Must be getting ready for demo.

That grey apartment building in the pic on the left is fenced off too. Wonder if it’s getting Reno’s or torn down also? It’s bit of if dump
