i was by there today, it looks pretty good imho but i had to stop and wonder how many $500mm fancy new buildings are literally across the street from a barn.

You have to admit that when walking east on 17th near 4th, it looks like less like a building and more like some imposing brown wall in the distance.

It's interesting that the building's best angle is its south east corner. It turns its back on the community and 17th Ave.
How bout that view from the hill though!

To be fair they did give us bike staples on the new parts of the BMO on halls D and E.
