I've always hated the noticeable seams of precast brick panels, and that's a really long wall of uninterrupted nothing-ness on the walk from Red Line to the Arena/Dome, but I'll withhold judgement until I see more.

I hope to God there is glass going into the space in the first picture. If so, it will help immensely to break down the heavy blank wall. I do like the colour and the angled features which help to break up the massing a bit.

The scale of this building is really going to be quite large. Just seeing the steel go up on the north side of the expansion makes me realize how big it's going to be.
