First of the glass and siding is going up. Looks to be two tones of grey with black trim on the glass. Should be able to get a better look at it soon as they will be installing on the northside today so it will be visible from the ground.

It looks like the articulation between dark and light is a column of spandrel glass. It's a flatter feature than I was expecting.

Many of us want more height but what do you expect in a middle of a recession? Given the circumstances, the height is decent.

Is a grocer still coming in this space? H-Mart (Asian Mega supermarket) is hiring for downtown Calgary location.

I asked under The One tower (by mistake) and was suggested it could be main floor of Nuera/Alura. I don't think that space is big enough for this mega supermarket - one opened in Edmonton is 42,000sq ft. My other guess is West Village Tower in front of Metro Ford.
