I don't love aluminum paneling, but on this tower it looks pretty solid. I think it's the way they've mixed up the colors and also they way they've thrown in some spandrel.

I'm feeling quite hopeful about this one, so far it's looking good. We've come a long way since Vetro and Nuera.

Hi,
I know there will B 3 Bldgs when its all Completed. There are Two Bldgs under Construction Right Now. Has Anyone heard yet when the 3rd Bldg will start
Construction as Yet, I Figure it must B within the Next Year or so. Tnx.

There is no permit in place for the 3rd building. I have heard One Properties planned on the third tower as being condos, not rentals, so are holding off due to the soft condo market currently in Calgary.

Too bad there’s a seam in those vertical panels next to the glass. Would have made a world of difference.

Agree. Most of the newer buildings, even if banal are still better than Vetro snd Nuera.
