Another new DP in, Bluestone Tower, appears to be 18 storeys. Architect is NORR, Developer is Amble Ventures, who I note are the same developers as Yellowstone and Redstone. Much like those, nothing special but I'm sort of digging those different balcony colours.

They all look the same to me. Spandrel, Glass, Balconies and a neutral colour palette.

As long as it has good pedestrian interaction at the ground level, then it's a win. Looks like there used to be two houses on this property. One of them looks like it was a mansion or something.

I don’t mind it. I’m good with the bright white and the blue accents.

It's a box with balconies hanging off of it. Only visual interest is the painted underside of the balconies which I don't think should be an area of a structure you want to highlight. Colored glass railings is the way to go on boring white boxes. Ditched the blue stripes that always cheapen the look.

Was this designed in minecraft? The colors are a near match to colored concrete.

DP2025-00590. It sometimes takes a while between plan submission and DP being created to it actually showing up in the system.
