Is there a timeline/estimate for when the conversion will be completed? Presumably way before the towers I would think.

I'm dying to know if they're keeping the underground. Early renders showed it staying, now I'm not so sure.

So when demo is done. What do we know they will be doing? They plan on building the tower in the SW corner first? Convert the office building to residential on SE corner? Any more than that?
